The
search for a larger venue took Billetproof out to Livermore,
CA to the dusty and dirty Livermore Rodeo Grounds. This
place was huge, with a giant grandstand that offered a
view of the whole show. Amazing rides were everywhere,
but unfortunately so was the dust. Not even two solid
days of watering trucks could keep the cars, people and
merchandise from getting coated. But there's nothing wrong
with a little dirt, right? The show went great with an
astounding 486 cars and trucks in every conceivable incarnation,
and nearly 3000 spectatorsthe most cars, vendors
and people ever! It turns out that even though the idea
of a dirt lot sounds cool, the negatives outweigh the
positives. It was time for a sixth and hopefully permanent
home: The Antioch Fairgrounds.
